A Crimson Grace is the first Samuel Locke Novel. Sam’s best friend, Preacher, enlists Sam’s help on behalf of Sister Mary Elizabeth Kincaid. She wants to save two girls from the clutches of sex traffickers. It offends Sam that the tentacles of international trafficking in children darken the stretch of the Texas Gulf Coast he calls home, but he thinks her cause is hopeless.
